New Features: Scalability, Look & Feel, Language Support

Today, we’re pleased to announce several improvements to eCairn Conversation™.

• Conversations Tab:
  • Read/Unread option
    -> You can restart listening to conversations where you left off or filter only the conversations that haven’t been read by any member of you team.
  • Look & Feel improvement
  • Support for Japanese, Korean and Chinese in search
    -> If you have added sources in those languages in the Community tab, eCairn Conversation™ will aggregate and display conversations from those. Then you can search them.
• Community tab:
  • Support for up to 10K sources in one project
  • Support for Japanese, Korean and Chinese
    -> You can add blogs, Twitter account, Twitter search and so on in those languages in your project.
